HTC Flyer will vend from around £430 when it comes in the UK.
The Wi-Fi only edition of HTC’s first ever tablet computer is available to order now sans contract on the German retailer Cyberport for €499. That would equate to a UK price of around £425 or so.
Select the 3G and Wi-Fi enabled version of the Flyer and naturally you’re looking at extra outlay. Revealed an apparently nonstop collection of Android powered slates at the MWC earlier this month, it is home to a 7-inch LCD screen that will work on the slate optimized Honeycomb edition of Android out of the box.
It also has a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor bring up its five-megapixel snapper, a secondary 1.3-megapixel camera at the front for video calling and stylus support for note-taking. This phone is predicted to strike UK retailers some time in the second quarter.
